I never have liked Carlos Mencia, but not because I thought he was stealing material.
A local comic once quipped "Saying Carlos Mencia and Dave Chapelle are similar is like saying the KKK and NAACP are the similar since they both deal with issues of race."
I can't remember the dudes name though (and I'm sure I butchered his joke) but you get the idea.
So, what do you guys think?
